The Ben Appelbaum Foundation is dedicated to continuing the work of Ben Appelbaum, a true believer in the entrepreneurial spirit.
Throughout his professional career, Ben sought to encourage innovation by inspiring the dreams of those in whom he saw promise. Through his dynamic example, inspirational guidance and unrelenting support, Ben helped countless individuals become successful, and by so doing, make important contributions to the common good.
The Foundation will continue Ben’s tradition of providing individuals with the inspiration, guidance, and practical assistance needed to undertake worthwhile entrepreneurial or charitable activities that offer long range benefits to society. The Foundation will match each successful mentee candidate with a mentor based on the proposed venture. The mentor will provide the mentee with advice, access to resources and an extended network of other professionals who can foster the development of the enterprise.
Mentee candidates should be from the greater New York Metropolitan area, New Jersey, or Connecticut, enabling our mentors to stay in close contact throughout the mentoring process.
